ISO45003/Stress Risk Assessment

This course is meant for senior managers or functional heads such as health and safety HR and wellbeing professionals. Earners may be wishing to add ISO45003 as a companion standard to 45001 (which you also hold) or looking to a more holistic cultural wellbeing strategy by identifying psychosocial risks in their workplace or they may need support in the regulatory requirement to perform a stress risk assessment. Earners of this credential have acquired: - An understanding of ISO 45003, stress and psychosocial risk assessments. - A gap analysis between ISO 45001 and 45003 (if appropriate). - The ability to engage both a senior team and other workers. - The knowledge of how to conduct a stress risk assessment/psychosocial risk assessment. - Inputs, outputs and reviews of the risk assessment. This course is dual badged ISO 45003 and stress risk assessment because the principles underpinning the collection of psychosocial risk for 45003 are the same as those for an HSE Stress Risk Assessment.
