Group-wide Trainer/Facilitator

Group-wide Internal trainer/facilitator program is program to find and develop internal talent and promote the culture of knowledge sharing. All employees can apply to become one and are selected based on rigorous criteria and prioritization. The program makes sure all of the selected trainers have the tools, methods for effective training creation, facilitation and delivery.
