Atos FUEL for Emerging Leaders Intake 13

FUEL for Emerging Leaders is a bespoke six-month blended talent development programme designed to equip emerging leaders with the skills and mindset needed to thrive within the global Atos business. Combining academic insights with real-world business challenges, the programme fosters strategic thinking, innovation, collaboration, and problem-solving. 

Participants engage in two face-to-face modules and two online modules, alongside a team project where they develop and present to an executive panel, practical solutions to real challenges. With a diverse, international cohort, FUEL provides a cross-cultural experience, helping participants build strong professional networks and gain a deeper understanding of Atos’ global business.  

This talent programme develops key capabilities for the company and provides each individual with the opportunity to grow their knowledge and skills aligned to their career aspirations.   

Through a mix of interactive learning, teamwork, and applied projects, FUEL enables participants to enhance leadership capabilities, drive change, and create business impact, preparing them to take on key leadership roles.
