Lean Six Sigma Black Belt badge is for those colleagues in the organization who continue to innovate and contribute to business efficiency and knowledge transfer within the organization.
Recipients of the badge apply process improvement concepts, problem-solving techniques and robust project management as part of their core role and can teach others in Lean Sigma more formally.
The badge is valid for 1 year. Recipients must validate their accreditation annually through evidence of active practice, engagement, coaching or delivery of further improvement work.

Complete the Lean Six Sigma White Belt Learning Pathway
Complete the Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Learning Pathway
Deliver a DMAIC cycle process improvement project
Demonstrate an ability to embed change management and process improvement at a higher level and run improvement programs of work.
