Lean Six Sigma Green Belt
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt badge is for those colleagues in the organization who deepen their Lean practice by delivering a project needed in their business area and agreed with their SLT member.
Recipients of the badge have practically applied process improvement concepts, problem-solving techniques and robust project management methods to deliver improvements on an identified business process problem.
The badge is valid for 1 year. Recipients must validate their accreditation annually through evidence of active practice, engagement, coaching or delivery of further improvement work.
This badge is endorsed by Gareth Meager, Head of Process Improvement.
