For staff members at King's who have successfully completed the Challenging Conversations and Effective Feedback Masterclass. This two day in-person programme has been designed to empower people managers at King’s to handle challenging conversations with confidence and skill, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Through guided practice, peer learning, and expert facilitation, participants will master the tools and techniques needed to deliver impactful feedback and navigate difficult conversations, strengthening their team dynamics and enhancing overall performance.
