Established Managers Series

For staff members at King's who have successfully completed the Established Managers Series. This two day in-person programme aims to equip delegates with advanced skills and insights to enhance their leadership capabilities, drive team performance, and foster a culture of empathy and compassionate leadership within KCL. Topics covered include communicating with impact, coaching, leading with empathy and building and managing high performing teams.
