King’s Business School ensure that participants on this course are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to allow them to thrive as both leaders and managers and tackle the pressures of an uncertain future’. The HEE programme convenes a powerful collaboration from King’s Business School, King’s Health Partners, the Faculty of Medical Leadership and Management (FMLM) and The King’s Fund to deliver rigour and expertise, clinical insight, and cutting-edge content to tackle the challenges in delivering leadership and management successfully through a specialist intervention.
