Venture Client Program Manager Track

This training series is designed for Venture Client Units in a scaling phase to pursue Venture Client Problems with the highest strategic value and business impact. After the first module "Identify & Prioritise Venture Client Problems", program managers will learn new ways to strategically identify new problems in their respective business units that can be solved with startups. The second module, "Measure Business Impact", provides dedicated methodology with practical toolset to assess the business impact of projects on a ongoing basis during the Venture Client process for a specific problem. In the final module, "Adopt Startup Solutions", program managers acquire strategies and approaches for integrating the successfully piloted startup solution into their business area in order to achieve long-term strategic benefits.
