Data and AI for Leaders

During this four-day course, you will explore how data and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies can transform organisations and provide a foundation for making more deliberate business decisions.

Professors’ Richard Allmendinger and Manuel López-Ibáñez will help build your confidence in your understanding of data and AI and learn to weigh technologies and their potential impact and discover a confidence in numbers you didn’t realise existed.

Delivered face-to-face at Alliance Manchester Business School’s Executive Education Centre, you will take part in collaborative workshops, group discussions and activities, and hear from a selection of inspiring guest speakers. You will also have the opportunity to explore AMBS’ state of the art Data Visualisation Observatory and experiment with your own data sets. For successful completion of the course, final assessment will be based on your own developmental outcomes and will look to address you and your organisation’s decision-making capabilities with data and AI models and outputs.

Upon successful completion of Data and AI for Leaders, you can work towards being awarded the Manchester Professional Diploma in Leadership by completing any four of our four-day short business courses from our extensive portfolio.
