Leading Digital Transformation

On this four-day course, you will gain a holistic understanding of digital transformation. You will explore the roles of strategy, people, and technology to assess the needs of your organisation for successful digital transformation. During Professor Panos Constantinides’ course for strategic business leaders, you will apply the Digital-First Transformation Framework, a multidimensional model used to understand the current stage of your organisation’s digital maturity, and the roadmap it can take for future development. Delivered face-to-face in the UK at Alliance Manchester Business School’s Executive Education centre, this course involves a range of interactive learning styles including self-evaluation, self-reflection, group activities, and discussions. For successful completion of the course, alongside collaborative group discussions and the exploration of real-world case studies, and guest speaker lectures from industry experts, final assessment will build on the initial evaluation of your organisation’s digital maturity and a first draft of a roadmap towards digital transformation.
