Recognising and Understanding Burnout in your Team
In this one-hour workshop, aimed at managers, you’ll gain tools and techniques to help you confidently identify if a team member is struggling with overwhelm or heading towards burnout and learn what to do to help them get back on track.
The session will enable you to:
- Learn more about both overwhelm and burnout and why we need to be more conscious in our approach to work to avoid them
- Manage your team to avoid overwhelm and burnout Recognise the signs that a member of your team is overwhelmed/heading for burnout
- Learn how to support a team member who might be suffering and what to expect in terms of recovery
- Understanding your role as a manager when it comes to these conditions and help you set healthy boundaries
- Look after yourself if you feel you might be overwhelmed or burnt out (AND, role model healthy behaviours for your team)
