ESB Innovation Programme

The Innovation Academy @ESB is an annual innovation programme sponsored and supported by all ESB Business Units. Participants on the programme will: - Develop the competence for innovation including the relevant mindset, tools and skills to practice their innovation in a professional context - Contribute to the overall enhancement of innovative capability and culture in ESB through practical, actionable insights and learnings gained in the programme - Build a strong peer network within ESB of like-minded innovators who will improve collaboration across business boundaries and with customers - Develop different approaches to address business challenges which can be carried forward after the programme’s conclusion - Deliver innovative propositions, resulting from months of intensive work and iteration with the support of SMEs, sponsors, innovation experts and others, that can deliver on business objectives These outcomes build and strengthen the innovation capability in ESB.
