Certified Coach the Coach ICF Facilitator

The LHH Certified Coach the Coach ICF Facilitator awarded this credential has completed a selection process to ensure the highest quality of coach education services and upholding professionalism of the accreditation granted by the International Coaching Federation. Facilitators chosen to be certified in the Coach the Coach program have a PCC or MCC level, have extensive coaching experience, exemplary facilitation skills and the ability to mentor others. The requirement for this certification meets or exceeds industry standards. Each earner completed the Coach the Coach Train the Trainer program, co-leading the program with the Director of Facilitation, and leading a program as the Lead Facilitator. Delivery by the lead facilitator resulted in strong evaluation scores and feedback was given by Director of Facilitation.
