Atos GOLD for Technology Leaders Intake 21

GOLD for Technology Leaders is a bespoke six-month blended talent development programme. It is delivered by IfM Engage, part of the Institute for Manufacturing and the Department of Engineering at Cambridge University, in partnership with Paderborn University . 

The programme comprises two face-to-face and two online modules, independent e-learning modules, and includes an integrated group project culminating in a presentation to executives, demonstrating the value add to the company and learning to the individuals.  

The overall aim of the programme is to integrate technology, business and social responsibility thinking to create value-adding and innovative business solutions. The GOLD for Technology Leaders Programme is designed to help delegates to: 

1. develop a strategic understanding of business and its evolving context. 

2. develop a multi-strand end-to-end perspective in terms of technology, business, value, people and environment. 

3. develop a strategic view of technologies and processes, and the impacts these may have. 

4. become influential agents of change and effective trusted advisors 

 
This talent programme develops key capabilities for the company and provides each individual with the opportunity to grow their knowledge and skills aligned to their career aspirations. With a diverse, international cohort, this programme provides a cross-cultural experience, helping people to build strong professional networks and gain a deeper understanding of the company’s global business.
