The Strategic Branding Identity and Brand Experience Short Course aims to give students an insight into the whole process of branding, from strategic brand positioning and articulation to brand identity creation, graphic branding, brand expression and brand experience. The course combines design and marketing expert information to give students hands-on practical experience of the process of branding. Students gain a set of strategic principles and brand design knowledge that they can apply to just about any branding project, for companies or institutions of any size. Through a series of lectures, workshops and hands-on exercises, students expand their knowledge of several key topics including brand positioning, brand identity, brand management and audience engagement. By the end of the course, students will: • Have acquired a clear understanding of the strategic principles in branding • Have a good knowledge of the brand identity process • Be better equipped to create, express and communicate their own brand and engage audiences
