Future Shapers Digital 2024

Future Shapers is an annual program organized by PASHA Hub, which aims at spotting top talents among university students and fresh graduates as well as contributing to their development. in 2024, with a particular emphasis on digital skills, the program includes an Open Day with PASHA Group leaders deliberating on the organization’s vision, strategic streams, and career opportunities. The kick-off is followed by panel sessions and speed interviews, offering a unique chance to engage with industry experts, gain valuable insights and forge meaningful connections within the professional community. Furthermore, participants have passed through an online ability test focusing on key competencies. The program culminates in a simulation on innovation and product, where selected candidates immerse themselves in a virtual business ecosystem. Being a Finalist is a proof of dedication, teamwork, skill and competence.
