Leading Major Projects

By reflecting on and developing your own leadership capabilities, this course will equip you with the knowledge, abilities and confidence to lead major projects within both your own and collaborating organisations. During this four-day face-to-face course delivered in the UK at Alliance Manchester Business School’s Executive Education Centre, you will participate in self-assessment, interactive lectures, group discussions and activities, enabling you to apply the principles for managing major, complex projects that make real-world impacts. For successful completion of the course, final assessment will be based on your own development outcomes. You will explore both innovative ways to lead your organisation’s projects to achieve business objectives, as well as self-assess your current skill set to identify areas for personal and professional development. Upon successful completion of Leading Major Projects, you can work towards being awarded the Manchester Professional Diploma in Leadership by completing any four of our four-day short business courses from our extensive portfolio.
