The Innovation Management Online Short Course provides a hands-on and practical approach to innovation management.
The course is results-oriented, and provides an overview of the whole innovation process, from idea origination, through to designing and launching an innovation implementation and management plan. Several topics are covered during the course, including context and stakeholder analysis, innovation application paths and planning innovation strategies.
The Innovation Management Online Short Course is delivered through a combination of practical online workshops and weekly assignments. Students work on a series of practical tasks designed to develop their own innovation project.
By the end of the course, students should have:
• Gained the knowledge and skills to structure, write and deliver a basic innovation management plan
• Learnt the importance of contextual innovation
• An understanding of how to apply specific approaches to different contexts and organisations
• Completed a visual and written innovation plan which can be applied in real life situations
