Manchester Leadership Development Programme

The Manchester Leadership Development Programme (MLDP) is a practical, accelerated leadership development programme for managers and leaders moving forward in their careers.

Delivered face-to-face on campus at The University of Manchester at Alliance Manchester Business School’s (AMBS) Executive Education Centre, MLDP is a five-day, flexible, open leadership development course which inspires and guides you to think creatively, organise differently and develop a mindset which is critical for development. The programme explores the core modules for business success – leadership, leading teams, finance, strategy, innovation, and project management. You’ll learn through a blend of workshops, group learning, reflective discussion and access to a virtual learning environment.

You will be awarded a certificate of attendance on successfully attending the 5-day face-to-face MLDP taught week. You can also choose to

apply for other courses at AMBS after you complete MLDP – for example, other short business courses or our Global MBA.
