TLPD Leadership Development Programme

King’s Business School’s Leadership Development Programme (LDP), delivered in partnership with ChangeSchool, forms an integral part of the ETF’s T Level Professional Development (TLPD) offer. The programme is a six month long change management project for participating T Level providers, to create a team of leaders and teachers united in a common approach to implementing organisational change through transformational leadership. The LDP adopts a comprehensive approach towards leadership development, encompassing theoretical frameworks, practical applications, and personalised and group coaching. The programme seeks to develop empowered leaders who are able to embrace new ideas, capable of driving positive change and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within their respective organisations.
