Future Shapers

Future Shapers is the program organized by PASHA Hub, aiming at spotting top talents from universities, contributing to the development of students / fresh graduates and presenting the group strategy and critical strategic roles of PASHA Holding and its subsidiaries. The program introduces the PASHA Group vision, career and development opportunities and PASHA Holding strategy streams, especially newly-emerged roles upon these strategic streams. The program steps are a thorough Ability Test Language proficiency level, IQ, Business Acumen, Business Ethics and Analytical skills. The most successful participants get a chance to participate in a business simulation which provides a virtual environment that allows to run a company in a group in a risk-free environment. The program tests and develops hard skills like Business Acumen, Economics, Marketing, Product Management, Finance and Soft Skills like Teamwork, Communication, Time Management, Decision making, etc.
