Digital Pattern Cutting with Gerber Accumark Short Course

The Digital Pattern Cutting with Gerber Accumark Short Course is designed for pattern cutters who would like to extend their skills in digital technology using Gerber Accumark Pattern Design software. During the course, students practise drafting basic pattern shapes on screen using the pattern design tools. With tutor guidance, students then manipulate standard-size basic blocks into final production digital patterns. The course offers students the opportunity to master the system and practise and apply the skills learnt to create their own patterns independently. Several topics are covered including pattern digitizing, plotting patterns and manipulation of blocks into new styles. By the end of the course, students will have had the opportunity to network and share ideas with other students and received feedback on assignments.
