The Consumer Psychology Short Course introduces students to the consumer psychology of fashion and how it relates to the wider fashion industry.
During the course, students explore the links between psychology and fashion and consider the underlying psychological processes involved in fashion consumption to learn how to better predict consumer behaviour.
The course covers several relevant topics including fashion psychology, fashion as consumption, consumers as decision makers, subcultures and fashion and the environment.
By the end of the course, students should have gained knowledge of consumer psychology in the world of fashion.
