International Hotel School Qualification Credential

International hotel School was established in the Carlton Hotel, Johannesburg in 1994, to meet the shortage of trained individuals for a service driven industry. It now offers a range of nationally and internationally recognised diplomas and certificates across all sectors of the hospitality industry. It has grown to six campuses: Johannesburg,Pretoria, Benoni,Durban, Cape Town, Gqebera, as well as a national Traineeship programme and an Online Campus. After receiving superior practical training (at least 50% of programme) they are job ready and highly marketable. Many graduated students have worked at well-known hospitality establishments such as Disney, Seaborne Cruise Liners, Ritz Carlton Hotels worldwide, to name a few. In January 2014 the International Hotel School Online division was formalised, the platform originally started to support the industry based traineeship students.
